Mr. Mhd. Razali Bin Raona is a local Sabahan, an experienced professional in the Oil & Gas Industry since 2007, with strong background in civil engineering, process production, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation operations. Skilled in offshore and onshore operations, turbine operation, ballast control system, FPSO operations, and process production environments.

During his 10 years tenure in Oil & Gas Industry, He has held several key positions in various oil & gas field such as Shell North Sabah Water, Labuan Crude Oil Terminal, MMHE Gumusut Kakap Project, Pasir Gudang, MISC Ballast Control System, FPSO Venture and CCR/GE Turbine Operator – Gumusut Kakap Oil Platform. Since Jan 2026, he has been appointed as Special Function Director of Green Oscasaba Sdn Bhd to assist the CEO in LNG FSU Terminal development.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Environment Science from University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and BTEC National: Level 3, Mechanical Process Production Level 3 and BTEC Level 1 & 2 – Electrical & Instrumentation from TAS Academy UMS.
